Lepaya is seeking a Head of Growth Accounts to lead a team focused on the Benelux, DACH, and France markets. The role involves leading a sales team, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring scalable SaaS growth. The Head of Growth Accounts will also drive changes and support team development. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on international scale-up.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS or solution sales
- 3+ years in leadership with cross-regional scope
- Strong track record in scaling new business teams
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies
