Area Sales Manager

Lesaffre Egypt for yeast industries is an Egyptian joint stock company seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage sales reps of distributors, collect and report market/customer data, and build new customer base to maximize sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
• 4-7 years of experience in FMCG and distributor management
• Sales Management experience with ability to manage distributor sales reps and drive sales-out to meet/exceed budgets
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, competitor pricing, and sales strategies
• Stock management of distributors
• Collecting and reporting customer/market data
• Preparing sales documents and field reports
• Opening new customers for distributors
• Retaining existing customers through prompt service
• Handling customer issues and promoting new products
• Building new customer base, identifying opportunities, and supporting promotions
