Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
- 7–12 years in FMCG and distributor management.
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, local market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
- Business Skills: Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, credit policy execution, and financial follow-up.
- Customer Management: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
