What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve the Revenue Operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and analytics to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to optimize pipeline health, forecasting, territory planning, and performance metrics.
  • Own the tech stack strategy and ensure seamless integration across CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools.
  • Provide executive-level insights and reporting to support strategic decisions and board-level visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a senior RevOps or Sales Ops leadership role at a company in the $100M–$500M revenue range.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services with complex sales cycles.
  • Strong command of revenue analytics, forecasting, and GTM strategy.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level.
  • Tenacity, curiosity, and a bias for action—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
