The Business Development Director is responsible for driving new customer acquisition across core legal markets and leading high-impact commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience driving revenue growth in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to close complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial skills, including forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solution options and business cases.
  • Experience leading teams through managers and supporting their development.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to build trust across diverse groups.
  • Strategic thinker who uses data, learns quickly, and continuously improves.
