Requirements
- Higher education (Bac +3/5) in a business or engineering school
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the SaaS universe, large distribution, or consulting firm
- Project management and collaborative tools: Mastery of the request cycle (qualification, chiffrage) and expert use of JIRA for operational tracking
- Strategic customer relationship management: Ability to manage complex accounts, animate governance instances, and ensure solution adoption
- Budgetary follow-up and service valuation: Expertise in applying tariff conditions, obtaining budgets, and administrative follow-up of invoicing
- Leadership & Posture: Having a high relational ease, you can impose yourself as a trusted partner and be a force of proposal
- Organization: Rigueur in dossier tracking and ability to manage priorities
- Synthesis: Ability to transform technical or data problems into concrete business solutions with a strong synthesis spirit
- English: B1 minimum
