We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our “Product and Implementation” team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the partnership with a local government, developing key skills for the growth of the company, and scaling up to a very large scale. You will work closely with the team to achieve ambitious objectives, including generalizing the use of the platform and school textbooks in France, developing new editorial resources with local governments, and expanding the market to primary, higher education, and vocational training. The ideal candidate will have a Top 5 business school degree or 2/3 years of experience, excellent analytical spirit and project management skills, and an appetite for the education sector and/or new technologies.
Requirements
- Top 5 business school degree or 2/3 years of experience
- Excellent analytical spirit and project management skills
- Excellent listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills, obsessed with client satisfaction
- Excellent written and oral communication, able to explain complex topics in simple terms and adapt their speech to different users
- Appetite for the education sector and/or new technologies
