We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to develop our business in the education and trading sector, contacting new customers, generating sales, and analyzing the market based on established goals.

Requirements

• Know in depth all relevant services and products of the company
• Find and contact new customers through phone calls, emails, and instant messaging to sell our products and services
• Maintain communications that meet the approved requirements and quality parameters of the company
• Maintain a record of all contacts with customers in our CRM
• Perform a market analysis together with the customers to generate and maintain their interest
• Good public speaking skills and clear writing skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, OLAP
• High level of attention to detail, organization, planning, and discipline
