Role Summary/Scope

To provide visibility, insight and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement across the sales operation. This role transforms data into actionable dashboards, ensures data quality, supports decision-making, and helps drive a culture of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & dashboards: build and maintain real-time views of KPIs and metrics.
  • Performance insights: analyse data, such as agent, team, and campaign trends to identify what works.
  • Forecasting: support modelling of sales run rates, headcount, and scenario planning.
  • Retention & churn tracking: monitor winback outcomes.
  • QA analysis: feed insights into quality reviews and coaching loops.
  • Workforce support: provide insights into productivity vs. capacity and campaign loads.
  • Board-level data prep: prepare reporting packs and slides for management reviews.
  • Support Sales Ops Lead with Lead data, CRM/ERP data and Dialler data

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

· 2+ years in sales analytics, operations, or commercial support.

· Advanced Excel required; SQL or BI tools (e.g. Power BI) preferred.

· Comfortable presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.

Commercial mindset with the ability to connect data to outcomes
