Customer Success Manager responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality objectives for a portfolio of accounts, providing training and assistance on IQVIA tools, and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction and service quality objectives
  • Strong knowledge of data and business intelligence tools, particularly IQVIA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
