Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction and service quality objectives
- Strong knowledge of data and business intelligence tools, particularly IQVIA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
