Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Corporate Audit and Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics teams in Hyderabad, India. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on continuous improvement, innovation, and applying advanced analytics to strengthen compliance and audit capabilities.

What You Will Do

Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to produce actionable insights that support compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessment. Develop scalable, automated data products and pipelines to improve audit and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with data platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, SAS, or cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including text and natural language processing
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and building intuitive dashboards for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with AuditBoard or similar governance, risk, and compliance tools is a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment with strong communication skills
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging emerging AI technologies in compliance and audit contexts
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
