Director, Global Business Development – Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement position is responsible for driving growth across international markets, developing and executing global business development, expanding existing client relationships, and opening new markets for IQVIA’s commercial outsourcing, deployment, and engagement solutions. The role operates across multiple geographies, working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and regional leadership to sell scalable, innovative solutions to pharmaceutical, emerging biotech, and medical technology organisations.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Life Sciences commercial leadership or business development
• Proven success selling complex, global outsourcing solutions
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies
