Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding markets and customers in the Secondary Care area to achieve sales targets for ARDx products in the assigned regions. The role involves overall responsibility for sales and sales management, including planning, controlling, and controlling sales strategies based on KPIs, customer needs, and product concepts.
What You Will Do
The Key Account Manager will lead contract negotiations and responsible contract management with business partners at the C-level in hospitals, hospital chains, and purchasing associations. They will identify, prepare, and present challenges and business potential at relevant customers to secure long-term, strategically important national business relationships.

Requirements
- Completed studies in the natural sciences, alternatively a medical education or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience in the field of diagnostics
- At least three years of work experience in medical technology or in a comparable environment
- Very good knowledge of the market segment and a deep understanding of relevant key customers and their needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, also at management and C-level
- Result-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant working style
- High problem-solving competence and customer orientation
- Team-oriented personality with high self-initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Very good organizational, moderation, and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- High travel readiness (ca. 70–80 %)
- Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills
