Nova Biomedical is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage complex sales opportunities across the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background with proven success in capital equipment sales and excels at building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Manage and grow key accounts within the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets
- Drive sales of Nova Biomedical biotechnology products
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
- Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site evaluations
- Develop and deliver compelling value-based presentations tailored to customer needs
- Generate accurate quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system
- Manage and maintain sales demonstration and evaluation equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer requirements
