Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a (para)medical, scientific or commercial field or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating a sales team
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical and organisational skills
- Fluent in Dutch & French, with good English proficiency
