As a National Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving the success of clients’ laboratory diagnostic tests across the sales organization. You will set a strategic direction for your district by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, consistently achieving—and exceeding—sales targets and key operational objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong record of performance
- 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
- Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device, gastroenterology experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
