National Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team, drive success of laboratory diagnostic tests, and expand market presence. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, and hiring, training, and developing a team equipped to succeed in complex diagnostic selling environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a district or regional first line sales manager
  • Experience in laboratory diagnostics or medical device (preferred)
  • Gastroenterology experience (highly preferred)
  • Ability to meet travel expectations (70% field time, additional overnight or weekend travel as needed)
