Oncology Account Manager

We are seeking an Oncology Account Manager to join our nationwide sales team. As an integral part of our team, you will develop and manage an assigned territory, providing patients with rare diseases with life-changing and potentially life-saving treatment options. You will have a competitive drive, exceptional sales ability, and the opportunity to work with complex products and a nationwide sales team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years biotech / pharmaceutical and/or Biologic/Specialty sales experience
  • Oncology or Hematology experience a plus
  • Proven success in product launch and track record of sales targets and goals
  • Expertise in account-based selling and managing complex sales processes
  • Excellent communication, analytics, and decision-making skills
  • Analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans
  • Ownership mentality with urgency, initiative, and proactive problem solving
  • Persuasive/effective communication methods to facilitate acceptance of ideas or products
  • Self-starter with high performance standards and ability to work independently
