You will be responsible for motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in their district, identifying and monitoring local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships, and compliantly driving sales objectives to meet and exceed corporate forecast.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
- 2+ years of regional Oncology field management experience
