Psychiatric Account Manager

Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and prioritized stakeholders in the therapeutic area. The successful Psychiatric Account Manager will develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the accounts.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry experience required.
• Psychiatric experience is required. A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.
• Must live near to territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
