Psychiatric Account Manager

Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and stakeholders in the therapeutic area, Community Mental Health Clinics, hospital/institutional systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). The successful Psychiatric Account Manager will develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, achieve success in a complex selling environment, and deliver clinical brand specific presentations of product(s) to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry experience required.
• Psychiatric experience is required. A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.
