Role Overview
Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with recognized experts and stakeholders in the therapeutic area. The role involves developing and driving relationships with target institutions and community accounts, and achieving success in a complex selling environment.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key influencers and decision makers, identify key influencers, and achieve designated customer interaction expectations. Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred
- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry experience required
- Psychiatric experience is required
- A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred
- CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred
- Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred
- Must live near to territory boundaries
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
