Psychiatric Account Manager

Join Syneos Health as a Psychiatric Account Manager and build relationships with experts in the therapeutic area, Community Mental Health Clinics, hospital/institutional systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry required.
• Psychiatric experience is required.
• A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field is strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals is preferred.
• Must live near to territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
