Role Overview

Lead 12 employees in a region, ensuring successful vaccine offers in pharmacies, implementing them safely and sustainably, and contributing to increased vaccine sales. The role involves regional leadership, clear logic, and commercial goals.

What You Will Do

Acquire new pharmacies, activate and convert them, train employees, and develop partnerships and sales. Ensure clear benefit argumentation, strict conversation management, and consistent decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading sales or account teams (Healthcare/Pharma/Apothekenumfeld of advantage)

  • Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
  • Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
  • German and English on a professional level
