Role Overview
Lead a team of 12 employees in a region, responsible for ensuring successful implementation of vaccine offers in pharmacies, driving sustainable sales growth, and building long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
Lead acquisition and activation, training and enablement, and partnership and sales development efforts in the region, ensuring clear benefit argumentation, strict conversation leadership, and consistent decision-making.

Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment

- German and English on a professional level
