The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of field-based sales professionals, ensure they have clarity of goals, the right resources and the motivation to consistently exceed targets. They will act as a senior commercial presence in their region, nurturing key accounts and KOL relationships across pharmacy, retail and medical settings.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales
- Strong coaching and people development capability
- Commercial acumen with experience in regional planning and forecasting
- Advanced account management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence presenting and communicating at senior level
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross-functionally
