Requirements
- Proven experience leading specialty or secondary-care sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management capability
- Commercially minded with hands-on execution skills
- Legally qualified to work in Romania
- Fluent in Romanian and business-level English
- Valid driving license
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time including regular international travel
