Regional Sales Manager, Medical Sales, Poland and Hungary

Regional Sales Manager position for a portfolio of specialty medicines in Poland and Hungary, responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving commercial activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading specialty or secondary-care sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management capability
• Commercially minded with hands-on execution skills
• Legally qualified to work in Poland
• Fluent in Polish and business-level English
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
