Role Overview
Lead a team of 12 employees in a new business model for vaccine offers in pharmacies, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and regional leadership.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy, lead acquisition and activation, training and enablement, and partnership and sales development.

Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment
- Multichannel/omnichannel setup experience desirable
- Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
- German and English on a professional level
