Role Overview

Lead a team of 12 employees in a new business model for vaccine offers in pharmacies, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and regional leadership.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement a regional sales strategy, lead acquisition and activation, training and enablement, and partnership and sales development.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment
  • Multichannel/omnichannel setup experience desirable
  • Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
  • Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
  • German and English on a professional level
