Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/pharmacy environment
- Experience with multichannel/omnichannel setups
- Good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Secure handling of CRM and reporting systems
- Proficiency in German and English
