Regional Sales Manager – Specialty Medicines (Austria, Switzerland)

Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines in Austria and Switzerland, overseeing a multi-country team and driving performance and execution across defined markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field sales
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales people management
• Strong coaching, performance-management and execution capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and across multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related discipline
