The Senior Key Account Manager / Player Coach will oversee the sales strategy execution for the cardiometabolic franchise and support a team of Key Account Managers in Europe. The role involves coaching, developing territory, and overseeing regional account activity.
Requirements
- Coach other European team members to reach their highest potential, fostering a culture of engagement and motivation.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive account prioritisation and targeting with clear performance metrics and management oversight.
- Achievement of local access, sales and activity targets and KPIs in line with company expectations and brand strategies.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust business plans to meet performance targets.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, supporting the creation, testing, and refinement of new initiatives.
- Foster productive relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Cultivate a culture of compliance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory standards.
- Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, Access, and Compliance.
