Senior Key Account Manager / Player Coach

The Senior KAM / Player Coach will oversee the sales strategy execution for the cardiometabolic franchise and support a team of Key Account Managers across European markets for a lead product in the cardiometabolism space. The role involves coaching, developing a high-performing team, and driving team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven success in leading sales teams, developing new markets, and driving rapid revenue growth.
• Product launch experience with deep knowledge of the cardiometabolic and/or rare disease markets.
