Senior Salesforce Developer / Copado Deployment

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce deployment automation, release management, and DevOps practices. This role will focus on building reliable Salesforce deployment pipelines, improving release quality, and enabling faster and safer delivery across multiple Salesforce environments.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related Salesforce DevOps tooling. Manage Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce DevOps tooling and is comfortable managing deployments, version control, environment strategy, CI/CD processes, release governance, and deployment troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Change Sets, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
