We are seeking a strategic manager to lead our outbound sales development function for the mid-market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and coaching a team of SDRs who manage longer and more complex sales cycles, engaging multi-stakeholder accounts in the retail, wholesale, and e-commerce sectors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years+ of experience in sales development or outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Proven experience in managing SDR movements for mid-market or enterprise accounts with long sales cycles (60-120+ day cycles).
- Strong understanding of account-based selling (ABS), multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping.
- Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze funnel metrics and make data-driven pipeline decisions.
- Proven coaching ability – can identify individual reps’ gaps and adapt development plans accordingly.
- English language proficiency is required for this role.
