Revenue Operations Manager
Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team as the owner of forecasting operations, performance cadence, and activity reporting management. In this role, you’ll run the heartbeat of GTM visibility – building and maintaining the forecasting process, pacing standards, and performance reporting that GTM leaders rely on every single week.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who brings both analytical precision and operational discipline. You won’t just report on the forecast – you’ll own the methodology, maintain the infrastructure, and make sure every stakeholder has the context they need to act.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the weekly forecasting cadence – run the end-to-end forecast process including methodology, pacing standards, and the reporting pack that supports GTM leadership standups every week
- Build and maintain forecast and pacing views – design and operate the dashboards and trackers (Clari, Salesforce) that give GTM leaders a clear, consistent, and trustworthy picture of where the business is heading
- Track rep-level activity as a performance driver – maintain activity tracking infrastructure and surface signals that explain performance gaps before they become problems for leadership
- Maintain forecasting infrastructure – execute pacing logic, perform recurring QA on all forecast and performance reporting, and proactively flag data integrity issues before they reach stakeholders
- Support the monthly business review – contribute performance views and analysis for company MBR inputs across key GTM metrics including Added MRR, NRR, TTV%, and Average Days to Operational across NOAM, EMEA, APAC, and INTL
- Partner with Data and IS – work closely with data and systems partners to maintain and continuously improve forecasting infrastructure, ensuring the tooling stays ahead of business needs
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role
What You Need To Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM analytics function
- Proven ownership of a forecasting process in a B2B SaaS environment – you’ve built and run the cadence, not just participated in it
- Deep experience with Clari and Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Familiarity with Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence tools for rep activity tracking
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in BigQuery and Looker – you can build and QA your own reporting
- Track record of delivering accurate, timely, and stakeholder-ready reporting in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field
- Experience with Pigment or similar planning tools is a plus
- As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
How You Will Succeed
- Your forecast process runs on time, every time – you don’t miss cadences and you don’t let data quality slide
- You can explain a pacing gap to a CRO in two sentences and back it up with a table in two more
- You treat every report you ship as something you’d put your name on
- You build infrastructure that outlasts you – processes and documentation that the next person can actually pick up and run
How Your Impact Will Be Measured
- Weekly forecast cadence runs on time, every time – no missed cycles, no last-minute scrambles
- Forecast accuracy improves quarter over quarter as methodology matures
- GTM leaders reference the forecast pack as their source of truth – not their own trackers
- Rep activity data is current, trusted, and actively used in coaching and performance conversations
- MBR inputs are delivered on time with zero rework requests from leadership
- Data quality issues are caught and resolved before they reach a stakeholder
You’ll Enjoy
- A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work
- A culture that celebrates performance
- The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
- Career-defining opportunities
- Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
- Equity options, because this is your company too
- Contributions to your pension plan
- Training opportunities to grow your skills and career
- Health and wellness credit so you feel your best
- Time off to volunteer and give back to your community
- Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams
- Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook
- Enhanced parental leave to support growing families
