We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team to lead the lead generation efforts of our Hospitality Business Unit. You will plan, execute, and optimize Lightspeeds paid media campaigns and organic efforts in order to drive sales and grow the Lightspeed Hospitality business.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Own the Marketing Acquisition targets for the Hospitality industry in NOAM.
- Collaborate with our talented Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliates specialists to drive leads for our Hospitalityl Sales team
- Partner with the Integrated Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance across all marketing channels.
- Work with the creative and branding teams to create, manage, and optimize Youtube, display, paid social and direct media buying campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
- Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
- Select platforms, plan budgets, and forecast results for new campaigns
- Support Outbound efforts, notably via media campaigns (list warming), to optimize outreach process and pipeline management
What you’ll be bringing to the team:
We’re a team of 7 people located in Canada. Our team is responsible for generating leads for our sales team and for growing the Lightspeed Brand.
We’re looking for a senior candidate who has experience with the following:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong pay-per-click (PPC) experience
- Strong operations and analytical skills with an understanding of ad budgets, bidding strategies, pacing and optimization, and demand gen fundamentals across all channels
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads/Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to articulate ideas and results
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in a customer-facing marketing role
- Experience as a team lead or manager
