LILT is seeking a Contract GTM Engineer to transform their vision into a rock-solid, data-driven growth engine. The successful candidate will architect, automate, and secure the integrations and AI workflows that turn every marketing touch into a predictable and scalable pipeline through actionable metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years Martech/RevOps engineering in B2B SaaS with proven ownership of HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integrations.
- Proficient in Python or TypeScript and SQL; comfortable with APIs and iPaaS tooling.
- Hands-on experience configuring Qualified chatbots, HubSpot automation, Amplemarket cadences, and pixel/tag management for Google, LinkedIn, and META.
- Deep understanding of demand-gen funnel metrics, multi-touch attribution, and data-privacy regulations.
