Job Title
We’re seeking a process-driven, analytically minded Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing engine. The role builds scalable processes, drives performance insights, and leverages automation and AI to ensure tightly configured systems, actionable data, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related role within B2B SaaS
- Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Collaborative & Cross-Functional
- Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics
- Proven experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns
