The Data Analyst – Distribution Enablement will consult, analyze, and deliver on more complex data analytics and metrics to support goals & objectives for Lincoln Financial Distribution (LFD). They will also act as a resource to applicable internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Partner with distribution, sales, marketing, and other business stakeholders
- Identify, interpret, and communicate trends, variances, opportunities, and anomalies within sales and distribution data
- Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Maintain an understanding of how the data contained in the various systems are utilized
- Serve as a resource to advise management & business stakeholders on use of quality business analytics, tools, and methods
- Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility
