The Sr. Financial Analyst reports to Controller and works closely with the VFO and other members of the senior leadership team to manage the functions of financial planning, forecasting, standard costs, and ERP system optimization.
Requirements
- Manage annual profit plan (budget) across the enterprise
- Compile monthly business segment P&L statements and other reporting
- Lead monthly segment reviews with cross-function teams
- Develop and maintain costing/quoting tools for all locations and support various sales functions in quote development and review
- Primary contact for financial requests and support for Operations
- Helps enforce and reinforce company policies and practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
