Associate Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Role Overview

This role will help shape how LinkedIn communicates with and re-engages its members across the platform. The Associate Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and data teams to test and refine messages, notifications, and recommendations that keep people coming back to LinkedIn.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include planning and executing messaging and notification experiments, writing and testing subject lines and copy, partnering with product and engineering teams, analyzing experiment results, and maintaining reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or a related role
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure results
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to interpret results and identify trends
  • Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across teams and disciplines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
