Role Overview
Join the People Analytics team within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) at LinkedIn to enable agility through better, faster talent decisions. Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and identify high-impact opportunities for people data solutions.
What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted consultant to business leaders, translate business requirements into clear solution recommendations, and partner with technical teams to bring those solutions to life. Develop and execute enablement, communication, and adoption strategies for new tools, dashboards, data products, and AI-powered experiences.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a role that involves reporting or converting data into actionable insights for business decision making
- Experience leading change management, communications, enablement, training, or adoption initiatives
- Experience translating business needs into scalable solutions, products, processes, or programs
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, uncover root causes, and influence stakeholders
- Experience partnering with technical teams, including data, product, engineering, or analytics organizations
- Familiarity with people data, workforce data, HR systems, or enterprise analytics platforms
- Experience working with tools such as Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms
