Senior Associate, Strategic Finance – Growth

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance – Growth to drive product strategy, reporting, and decision support for LinkedIn’s Flagship (Consumer) experience. This role will support the Growth (Acquire) team and efforts to expand the new user funnel, grow acquisition channels, and drive new experiences that activate and retain users for the long term.

Requirements

• Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
