Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations at LinkedIn, you will be a key leader within the Sales Strategy & Operations organization. You will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve sales productivity, and enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Operations professionals responsible for supporting the sales organization.
- Develop and execute sales operations strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee sales technology and tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to align on key initiatives.
- Drive the development and implementation of sales training programs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems.
- Manage the sales operations budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales technologies.
- Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 – $237,000.
