Growth Marketing Manager (SEO, AEO)

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (SEO, AEO) to drive qualified organic traffic and acquisition for Linktree, a leading platform for creators, musicians, and small businesses. The role involves developing a content roadmap, owning the SEO content strategy, and creating answer-first content formats to establish Linktree’s presence in AI Search.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO content strategy, content marketing, or organic growth
• Deep customer empathy and understanding of ICPs
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to work cross-functionally
• Genuine curiosity about AI Search and ability to turn it into experiments and formats
• Systems mindset and ability to build briefing frameworks and workflows
