The Role

Own the entire sales and partnership strategy. Build pipelines, close deals, and work directly with founders to define our go-to-market approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with mid-market and enterprise publishers
  • Build pipeline through outbound strategies and manage inbound leads
  • Define GTM strategy, refine messaging, and iterate on positioning
  • Negotiate contracts and structure revenue share agreements
  • Collaborate with product team on roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Represent Linotype at industry conferences and events
  • Help recruit and scale the sales team as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience in media, publishing, or ad tech
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative
  • Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and optimizing conversion

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI/ML products
  • Existing relationships with publishers or media companies
  • Early-stage startup experience (seed to Series A)
