Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Pendo Administrator
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Deep understanding of how SaaS software works
  • Analytical curiosity and ability to find the ‘why’ behind user behavior
