We are a regulated digital health company seeking a Customer Success Manager for a fixed-term position to start in May 2026. The role will involve ensuring successful adoption of our platform across clinical sites and maintaining strong engagement with site staff. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training, onboarding, and enablement to end users and be able to drive customer adoption and engagement. The role is a full-time position, either hybrid or fully remote in the UK, with a possible one-off travel requirement. We do not sponsor visas to work in the UK.
Requirements
- Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement to end users
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption and engagement
- Experience working directly with B2B customers
- Desirable experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or other regulated environments
