Revenue Operations Analyst

This Revenue Operations Analyst role supports the oversight of revenue growth, operational efficiency, and pipeline visibility within the Consumer Direct lending channel. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize revenue cycle processes, improve lead distribution, and support business performance. Analysts will work on forecasting, reporting, and data-driven insights for loan officers and sales leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) + years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (mortgage lending, financial services, or banking)
• Knowledge of mortgage lending products, pipeline management, and loan officer performance metrics (a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-focused approach
